Who we are
Treetops is an independent nursery that is part of the Minoa family. Working with us means you get the close-knit environment of a family-owned nursery without compromising on access to extensive training and career advancement opportunities.
Purpose
We recognise that working in the early years sector is deeply meaningful as well as challenging and rewarding. That’s why our first core value is purpose. Bringing joy and wonder to young minds is inherently rewarding, but understanding that the first five years set the foundation for all future learning and behaviour is what transforms the job into a vocation with a profound and positive impact on the lives of others.
